Delivery Time
We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination:

Germany: 2–4 business days (via DHL)

EU countries: 3–7 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information.
Shipping Costs

Germany: €5 flat rate – free shipping for orders over €75

EU countries: €15 flat rate – free shipping for orders over €150
Note: For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receipt.

Germany: We cover the return shipping cost.

Other countries: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

A handling fee of €5 (Germany) or €15 (EU) will be deducted from your refund.
Returned items must:

Be unused and unwashed

Be in their original packaging

Be returned immediately after opening if the item is underwear
Please note: For hygiene reasons, worn underwear cannot be returned or exchanged. A return is only possible immediately after opening and if the item has not been worn.
