Refund policy

Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receipt.

  • Germany: We cover the return shipping cost.

  • Other countries: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

  • A handling fee of €5 (Germany) or €15 (EU) will be deducted from your refund.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be returned immediately after opening if the item is underwear

Please note: For hygiene reasons, worn underwear cannot be returned or exchanged. A return is only possible immediately after opening and if the item has not been worn.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at team@bynest.com.
