Orders
My order hasn’t arrived yet – what should I do?
Please check your tracking link for updates. If your parcel appears delayed or there’s anything unclear, feel free to contact our support team directly.
Can I modify or cancel my order afterward?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@bynest.com.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a second email with your tracking information.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, and bank transfer.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed via certified providers using encrypted connections that meet the highest security standards.
When will I be charged?
Depending on the payment method selected, your account will be charged either immediately after placing the order or once the goods have been shipped.
Where can I find my invoice?
You can access your invoice in your account under "Order History." If you checked out as a guest, your invoice will be attached to your order confirmation email.
Returns
Can I return items?
Yes, you may return any unworn item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all accessories and the original pouch are included.
How do I initiate a return?
Simply email us with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Return shipping is subject to a fee: €5 within Germany, €10 within other EU countries. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We’re happy to check availability and organize an exchange. Please contact us beforehand so we can assist you accordingly.
What if I received a defective or wrong item?
If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please get in touch with our customer service team immediately after receiving your delivery.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note: We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that are worn, damaged, or returned without original packaging. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Information
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days within Germany and 3–7 business days within the EU.
Which courier do you use?
We ship exclusively with DHL. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Does Bynest ship outside the EU?
Currently, we only ship to countries within the European Union. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
How much does shipping cost?
Germany: Flat rate of €5 | Free shipping for orders over €75 EU countries: Flat rate of €10 | Free shipping for orders over €150
