In just minutes you can make a vegetarian or vegan protein into a healthy and delicious dip. Hummus, guacamole, goat’s cheese, onions, queso, black beans, and nuts are all great dips or can be made into one quickly.

Improvise, get creative and make something you’ll enjoy eating all the time—the possibilities are endless. I don’t know about yours, but my mouth gets real happy when I pair creamy and crunchy textures together—it’s very satisfying.

Skip the chips or crackers and choose to scoop with something super-nourishing and wholesome, like carrots, romaine and radicchio lettuces, cukes, apples, raw sweet potato, zucchini, and so on. Use the vegetables and fruits in season—and go wild.

Here is one of my favorite recipes for you to try. Dip, baby, dip!
